At Cread, we provide custom graphic design services tailored to each client. Due to the personalised nature of our work, refunds are handled in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable

A deposit secures your project booking and covers initial time, research, and design work

Once a project has started, the deposit cannot be returned under any circumstances
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not typically provided once work has begun.
However, partial refunds may be considered in limited circumstances:

If the project has not yet started

If both parties agree to cancel before significant work is completed
Any refund amount will be determined based on the work already completed.
4. Work Completed

Once design work has been delivered (including concepts or drafts), no refunds will be issued

Time, creative effort, and resources invested are non-recoverable
5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We are committed to client satisfaction:

Revision rounds are included as part of your package

Additional revisions can be requested for an extra fee

Refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences once work has been completed.
6. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

The deposit remains non-refundable

Any additional work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced
7. Late or Non-Payment

Final files will not be delivered until full payment is received

Failure to complete payment forfeits any rights to the work produced
8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of this policy.
