“Cer Amdani” is a Welsh expression I used to hear often in primary school growing up.
 It means “go for it” and it’s something that has stayed with me ever since.

Lately, I’ve realised I’ve been focusing too much on perfection, to the point where it stops me from actually doing the thing in front of me.

This quote is a reminder to myself and you that progress comes from the process,not from waiting until everything feels perfect as much as that pains me

Whether it’s in your business, your work, your creativity, or life sometimes you just have to “go for it” to begin with.

Yn ddiweddar, rydw i wedi sylweddoli fy mod i wedi bod yn canolbwyntio gormod ar berffeithrwydd, i’r pwynt lle mae’n rhwystro gwneud y peth sydd o’m blaen.

Mae’r ymadrodd yma yn atgof i mi ac i chi fod cynnydd yn dod drwy’r broses, nid drwy aros nes bod popeth yn teimlo’n berffaith.

“Proud to Be Deaf. Proud to Be Welsh | Cymru’n Fyddar, Cymru’n Falch”

A Documentary, created in collaboration with @actiondeafnesscymru and @formosafilms , this project involved visiting Deaf Clubs across Wales to capture stories, experiences, and community through both film and photography.

My role focused on photography, documenting real moments within these spaces.

This work is deeply personal to me. My nan and grandad were Deaf, but I never had the opportunity to fully experience the Deaf community while they were alive. Through this project, I was able to step into Deaf spaces, meet members of the community, and gain insight into a world that is part of my own history.

Speaking with people, including those who knew my grandparents and hearing stories about school life and shared experiences, gave me a deeper understanding of the lives they lived. This project became more than documentation; it was a way of reconnecting with my identity, through both the community and the images I created.❤️

Crëwyd y ddogfen hon mewn cydweithrediad â Action Deafness Cymru ac Formosa Films, gan ymweld â Chlybiau Byddar ledled Cymru i gasglu straeon, profiadau a bywyd cymunedol drwy ffilm a ffotograffiaeth.

Fy rôl i oedd canolbwyntio ar ffotograffiaeth, gan ddogfennu eiliadau go iawn o fewn y mannau hyn.

Mae’r gwaith hwn yn bersonol iawn i mi. Roedd fy nain a fy nhaid yn Fyddar, ond ni chefais erioed y cyfle i weld gymuned Fyddar yn llawn tra oedden nhw’n fyw. Trwy’r prosiect hwn, es i i fannau Byddar, cwrdd ag aelodau’r gymuned, a dysgu mwy am fyd sy’n rhan o’m hanes i.

Roedd siarad â phobl gan gynnwys rhai oedd yn adnabod fy neiniau a theidiau, a chlywed straeon am fywyd ysgol a phrofiadau ar y cyd yn rhoi dealltwriaeth ddyfnach i mi o’u bywydau. Roedd y prosiect hwn yn fwy na gwaith arferol ; roedd yn ffordd o ailgysylltu â’m hunaniaeth teuluol.

‘In Her Shoes’ ❤️🩷

My final uni project zine

This two-in-one zine is designed to be experienced from both sides.

The red side holds the sanitised truths the anger, fear, and everyday realities women carry when it comes to safety. It’s raw, honest, and rooted in lived experiences shared through interviews, statements, poems and artwork.

Flip it, and the pink side shifts tone. This is a space for reflection, healing, and education particularly aimed at men. It explores how behaviour in everyday street situations can change, offering insight, accountability, and a path toward doing better.

Together, both sides exist in conversation not to accuse, but to be seen, heard, and understood.

This project brings together voices, visuals, and stories to ask a simple but urgent question:
 what does it really mean to walk in her shoes?
