Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction


These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Cread (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any client (“you”, “your”).
By commissioning work or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide graphic design services including (but not limited to):

  • Branding & logo design

  • Social media graphics

  • Marketing materials

  • Digital and print design

All work will be agreed in writing before the project begins.

3. Project Process

  • A clear brief must be provided before work begins

  • Timelines will be agreed at the start of the project

  • Delays in communication or feedback may affect delivery times

Final files will only be delivered once full payment is received


4. Revisions
 

  • Each project includes [e.g. 1–2 rounds of revisions] unless otherwise agreed

  • Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate or a fixed fee

Major changes outside the original brief may require a new quote

5. Payment Terms
 

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin work

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered

  • Payments must be made within [e.g. 7–14 days] of invoice

  • We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if payment is not received.

     

6. Intellectual Property
 

  • Final designs become the client’s property only after full payment is received

  • We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

  • Any unused concepts remain the property of Cread
     

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Ensure you have the rights to any content supplied (e.g. images, logos, fonts)

  • Review and approve work promptly

  • We are not responsible for errors after final approval.
     

8. Cancellation

  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded

Additional work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced


9. Liability

  • We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or business

  • Errors in final designs once approved

  • Issues caused by third-party services (e.g. printers, web platforms)
     

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
     

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
